Question: “Avoid pimples on the forehead: how do you remove pimples on the forehead?”

Hey Mads

I only have pimples on my forehead. I never have pimples elsewhere other than on my forehead. And it’s tremendously frustrating! My forehead is always dirty and filled with many pimples. I never get pimples on the face or elsewhere. I only have pimples on my forehead. I have just as many pimples at the hairline and otherwise I can also get a pimple down between the eyebrows.

On top of my pimples on the forehead, my nose is also filled with tiny black pores – I think it’s called blackheads. I have quite a few blackheads on my nose.

But otherwise I have no pimples. I only have the pimples on my forehead, which is tremendously annoying. The pimples on my forehead is especially annoying because they are hard to hide with makeup – my makeup just becomes “dented”. And yes, the pimples on my forehead is really annoying because everybody can see them …

I just found your website and before I order your products against pimples, I just want to make sure that they will work for me. Does the Danish Skin Care skincare range also work when I only have pimples on the forehead?

I would be incredibly happy if the products could help me :-D And I would also like to hear whether you have any other advice that might help me getting rid of my pimples on my forehead.

Looking forward to your reply.

Lots of love

Hi Line

Thank you for your question! First of all – just to answer your question – YES! Danish Skin Care skincare series which I have developed to treat pimples and acne, will certainly be able to help you. Even if you only have pimples on your forehead.

Generally one can say that acne is acne and should be treated more or less the same way.

So yes! You can EASILY – and with great advantage – use Danish Skin Care skincare series to eliminate the pimples on your forehead.

Furthermore, I will just quickly interject that you should use skincare products across the entire face – even if you only are plagued by pimples on the forehead. Danish Skin Care skincare range is in fact doing much more than just removing pimples and combat acne. With Danish Skin Care skin care products you are also caring for your skin, as you add a lot of vitamins and minerals to the skin – so that you get the best care and protection for you skin and get a beautiful skin today and long into the future. :)

In regards to your problem and that you only experience pimples on your forehead, then you shouldn’t be frustrated by it. It can be treated with Danish Skin Care skincare series, and you will quickly get your pimples under control. At the same time, I can add that it is not at all uncommon to discover that you only get pimples one place.

So many people experience getting pimples the same place again and again. So when you, as you mention, feel that you repeatedly get pimples the same place – in this case your forehead. Then it is not implausible. It is not just something you are imagining, because it is in fact very normal.

There is in fact some places on the body and face where you are far more prone to acne than elsewhere.

The forehead is one of those areas of the face where you will often get pimples. The reason you more often get pimples on the forehead than other parts of the face is the skin of the forehead is extra oily.

You might have heard of the so-called T-zone. The forehead is just part of the T-zone, where you are more likely to get pimples.

It sounds so fine to talk about the T-zone and I can well understand your question on how you should treat pimples when they only appear in one place. It works well in some way, as if there is something extra wrong with just one area of one’s skin – and you therefore need to do something wild, to get rid of pimples on your forehead.

But this is not so. Let me just repeat this again. Generally the treatment for pimples on the forehead, is just like all other types of pimples. Just like pimples on the face, pimples on the back and pimples on the rest of the body. And also pimples on the forehead, the treatment is exactly the same.

Want to treat pimples best, fastest and most effective, then you should wash your face with a mild cleanser twice a day. You should therefore wash your face in the morning with a mild facial cleanser and again in the evening wash your face with a mild face wash.

Finally, it should just be the same mild face wash that you wash your face with morning and evening – and it could be Perfect Skin Face Wash, which is a super good, mild and gentle face wash.

In the morning, after washing your face make sure to use a good face cream with lots of good ingredients to the skin. Make sure you get ingredients that will treat, soothe and nourish the skin. At the same time, make sure that your day cream is fragrance-free, free of dyes and harmful chemicals.

It’s also a good idea to make sure that you choose a day cream with sun protection. You should use at least SPF 15 and UVA sunscreen and UVB sunscreen every day to prevent sun damage, and also avoid skin irritation from the sun. The sun is in fact tremendously irritating to the skin and can actually contribute in making pimples.

A really good day cream could be Perfect Skin Day Protector from Danish Skin Care.

In the evening, you should also use a good cream after you have washed your face with a mild face wash. Your night cream should be just like your day cream, filled with good ingredients for your skin and with lots of vitamins, minerals and potent substances. And of course it should always be 100% free of perfumes, dyes and harmful chemicals and irritants.

A good night cream for you could be the Perfect Skin Moisturizer from Danish Skin Care.

Once daily you should also use a product with salicylic acid (also known as BHA / Beta Hydroxy Acid) and a good time to use it would be in the evening. Salicylic acid is great for removing dead skin cells and it really deep cleans the skin pores completely, and the salicylic acid will also discourage and prevent formations of new pimples in the skin pores.

A good product with salicylic acid could be Perfect Skin Power Treat from Danish Skin Care, and it also contains a lot of other good ingredients. Among other things, Perfect Skin Power Treat contains niacinamide, chamomile and many many other really good ingredients for the skin.

WHAT IS THE T-ZONE, AND WHY DO YOU OFTEN GET PIMPLES THERE?

Lets go back a little and talk about the T-zone, so you better understand the area and why you get pimples on the forehead, let me start by defining the T-zone:

T-zone is the area of the face which is most oily and fatty during the day. When pimples consist of fat from the dead skin cells, it is logical that the T-zone is the area of the face where a lot of pimples appear.

It is called the T-zone, because you can actually write a T in this area of your head. The horizontal bar of the T being the forehead above the eyebrows and the vertical pillar of the T goes down between the eyes and the nose.

In other words, the T-zone consists of your whole forehead and continues down between the eyes and includes the nose and the area next to the nose. The T-zone also continues down to the chin, which is also often plagued pimples.

– Learn how to treat pimples on the chin, and find out how to get rid of acne on the chin.

Because there are far more sebaceous glands in this area of the face, the T-zone is more oily than the rest of the face. The areas in the T-zone – the forehead, nose, and around the mouth and chin are more likely to be exposed to redness, acne and pimples.

You should wash the T-zone thoroughly with water and a mild soap every day. That way you can keep the fat levels down and prevent breakouts by slowing the outbreak of new pimples.

Washing can not remove pimples by it self. It takes a lot more effort before you get the best and most effective way to get rid of pimples – as I mentioned further up, you can quite quickly and easily remove pimples with a good daily skin care routine.

CAPS AND HATS CAN CAUSE PIMPLES ON THE FOREHEAD

Do you often wear a cap or a hat? Whether you often wear hats, caps or other headgear, the same rule applies, you should be very aware that you increase the chances of getting pimples on your forehead.

Actually, caps and hats are a direct cause to pimples and acne on the forehead.

So you can start blaming your caps and hats for the pimples on your forehead, if you are wearing these kinds of accessories.

Headgear is blocking the oxygen flow to the area they cover, and it is not good for the skin. In other words, no air will get to your forehead if you are using a hat or cap to frequently – and thus a hat or cap can cause pimples.

Yet another reason that a hat or cap can cause pimples on the forehead and the hairline is that hats and caps are rarely washed or otherwise cleaned. So a hole lot of bacteria can be living in your caps and hats.

Especially if you use hair wax, hair gel and other styling products, all these products will also smear onto your hat and cap. When you take you hat or cap on and off your head, it will cause the sweat, bacteria and hair styling product to smear onto your skin – and hair styling products can especially result in a lot clogging of the skin and cause pimples.

And that brings us to the next point you should be aware of – if you want to quickly and most effectively combat pimples on your forehead. And of course, avoid that you get new pimples on your forehead again :-)

HAIR STYLING PRODUCTS CAN CAUSE PIMPLES

Be extremely aware that your hair products can cause pimples. Many hair products like wax and gel contains many ingredients that clog your skin pores and cause pimples.

Moreover, it also applies to other hair products – for instance shampoos and conditioners – you should always choose hair products without perfumes, dyes and skin irritating ingredients. Especially if you are plagued with pimples on the forehead or hairline.

BE SURE TO WASH YOUR HAIR AND AVOID PIMPLES ON THE FOREHEAD

Further to elaborate the point about hair products, like wax and gel it is incredibly important that you make sure to wash your hair daily.

Your hair is in fact always greasy. That’s just how it is. Even freshly washed hair contains a large amount of fat/oil. However, you can remove a large amount of unnecessary fat and oil from your hair by washing it every day. The grease from your hair can easily be transferred to especially the forehead, but also the rest of the face, depending on the length of your hair.

I hope that you by reading the above have been convinced to get started with the Danish Skin Care series, so you once and for all can get rid of your pimples on your forehead – and that you will take my advice and think about head wear, hair products and hair wash.
