Question: “Pimples on the butt and buttocks”

Hi Mads

This may be a slightly abnormal question, but I can not find any information about it anywhere. The thing is that I reasonably often have one or two pimples on my buttocks.

What is the best way to remove them and how do I avoid getting pimples on my buttocks in the future?

Thanks for the help :-)

Answer to: “Pimples on the butt and buttocks”

Hi :-)

Let me start by saying that it is certainly not a stupid question. Indeed, pimples on the buttocks are not at all abnormal. Really many people sometimes experience getting a pimple on the buttocks, which can be a big frustration – especially if you’re cycling to and from work or sitting down most of the day.

Pimples on the buttocks or butt acne is unfortunately, a skin problem we rarely see in the advertisements of various acne products and products against pimples. And of course, it’s not a problem, you often see others have, because we wear clothes for most of the time.

However, it is quite normal to get pimples on the buttocks, despite the fact that I understand that you may think that it is abnormal to get pimples on the buttocks and to believe that you only get pimples on the face.

The truth is, however, that the majority of us get pimples on the buttocks and that a pimple on the butt is just as normal as having a pimple on the face.

The treatment of pimples on your butt and buttocks is exactly the same as the treatment in the face. If you get a pimple on the butt and buttocks then I would recommend that you use an exfoliating product with salicylic acid. You could with great result choose to use my Perfect Skin Power Treat, which is great for removing pimples – Perfect Skin Power Treat is also great for removing pimples on the butt and buttocks :-)

If the pimple is big and yellow, it may be a good idea to press the pimple. Do not press too hard and until you see blood, just press until there is a hole in the pimple. This can help the pimple to recover faster and thus disappear, as it does not cause bacteria to press against the skin and make the area around the pimple tender when you sit on it. If it is not yellow, do not press it!

After pushing the yellow bum, finish with Perfect Skin Power Treat – so you’ll quickly get rid of bumps on the buttocks :-)

WEAR LOOSE – AND BREATHABLE – CLOTHES

If you wear clothes that have a tight fit and sits too close to the skin, it may be difficult for the skin to breathe. Tight clothing causes the skin to sweat and can cause irritation and clogged pores, which may ultimately cause pimples on the buttocks.

Tight clothes, tight skinny jeans and tight-fitting underwear are also not a good idea if you often get pimples on the butt. Tight clothes are constantly rubbing the skin and this rubbing / friction on the skin cause irritation, resulting in pimples on thighs and buttocks.
It is also important if you want to avoid pimples on the butt and buttocks that you avoid wearing synthetic clothing. In particular, you should avoid underwear and trousers made out of synthetic fabric as synthetic fabrics do not allow the skin to breathe, which may cause pimples on the buttocks.

Choose pants and underwear that are loose and made in materials that allow the skin to breathe freely. Cotton is a really nice breathable material that can be used and helps to counteract pimples on the butt and buttocks.

WASH YOUR SELF AND YOUR CLOTHES

If you often get pimples on the buttocks and if you want to avoid pimples in this area then it is also really important that you remember to wash your skin thoroughly once a day to remove dirt.

A lot of people are super good to care for the skin in their face, but many forget the rest of the body – and just take a quick douche under the shower once a day. That’s not enough! Water can not remove dirt and water can not remove pimples!

It is important that you use an oil-free and soap-free cleaning product to remove the dirt and sweat from the body – thus preventing clogging of the skin’s pores – which may cause pimples.

After bathing, it’s a good idea to use an exfoliating product – a daily exfoliation – with salicylic acid, as this will ensure optimal skin care and cleans the skin’s pores in depth. It would be a good thing to use Perfect Skin Power Treat, as I mentioned earlier :-)

After drying the skin, use the product on the skin. Let it dry for two minutes and just put your clothes on. Perfect Skin Power Treat will help to prevent pimples on the butt and buttocks.

Also, keep in mind that, like pimples on the face, it does not help to wash and scrub 10 times a day. The only thing you achieve is that, just like tight clothing, you create friction and irritation of the skin – just as there is a risk of dry skin – so the sebaceous glands in the skin stimulate and produce more skin fat, which can result in more outbreaks of pimples.

In the same way as it is important that you wash yourself, it is also important to ensure that you use clean clothes. Especially used sportswear contains a lot of bacteria and should therefore be washed after each use.
