Question: “Bumps/dents in your skin”

Hi :-) i have a little problem that I hope you can help me with.

I’ve always had really clear skin, but lately I’ve experienced bumps. They don’t really look like blemishes it’s more like small dents. There’s nothing in them.

I don’t know what it is and what to do about them, and my parents won’t take me to the doctor.

I eat healthily, get lots of sleep and cleanse my skin every day. What can I do to remove them?

Thanks in advance, Cecilie :-)

Answer to: “Bumps/dents in your skin”

Hi Cecilie,

Thank you for your email – I will certainly answer your question.

You write that you have very dry skin, so I believe your bumps/dents are an accumulation of dead skin cells underneath your skin. I would like to recommend you a daily peeling with salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a great product for peeling, because it not only peels off the outer layer of the skin (just as regular peelings), but it also penetrates the skin and work in the deeper layers. And at the same time, salicylic acid is calming.

I have created the Perfect Skin Power Treat, which is based on salicylic acid (or BHA, which it is also called) – apart from the great qualities from the BHA, Perfect Skin Power Treat also contains several other great ingredients. So I will highly recommend you to use this product to remove your “bumps”. Use the product once a day after cleansing (maybe using Perfect Skin Face Wash), preferably in the evening and then apply a good crème with lots of moisture for your skin (maybe Perfect Skin Moisturizer – Normal to dry skin).
