Hi Mads, my 14 year old son has dark circles under his eyes, and he’s very sad about it.
Is there something that you can recommend, which might help so it will go away or become less visible?

Thank you so much for your question and interest in my knowledge.

I can understand that your son is sad about the dark circles under his eyes and I would definitely recommend that you take a look at his diet, because dark circles will often appear in connection to reactions to foods, lack of nutrients and/or too much salt.

You are welcome to send me a diet diary, where you write what your son is eating and drinking during the course of 1 week. From this I can gather and give more information. See more here.
