Face wash and facial cleansing, how often should you do it?
Do you have an active lifestyle with a lot of exercise and fitness? If yes, you know everything about having a sweaty face! But what about your face wash?

Question: “Face wash and facial cleansing, how often should you do it?”
A lot of people say that you have to clean your skin every morning and evening… I have also read that you should wash your skin after exercising… But I have also read that you can wash your skin too much?
I exercise four times a week and I really don’t know what I should do! Should I move my evening routine, and wash my face in the afternoon just after exercising or should I wash my skin three times a day???
I currently have another issue… I use EPIDUO to treat my skin every evening, but it’s starting to burn and sting… So I was thinking about using Smooth Skin Creatment as a supplement to my EPIDUO treatment. So should I use Danish Skin Care one day and then use EPIDUO the day after? I’ve heard that it’s not good to mix two products that way, but I’m not an expert. :-)

Your questions are really awesome! I really understand your confusion, but it’s actually not that difficult. :-)
You should wash your skin every morning and evening – minimum. So you need to use your face wash at least twice a day!
When you exercise or otherwise sweat or make your skin “dirty”, you should of course wash your skin again – just make sure to apply your day cream so your skin get nourished. So your amount of daily facial wash, depends on how active you are or how often you get dirty! But please remember your day cream afterwards! :-)
If you exercise at the end of the day, I would recommend you to move your evening routine – and just skip the evening routine before bedtime. Your evening routine can easily be done in the afternoon – it does not have to be before bedtime. :-) And then you only have to think twice about your face wash… :-)
If you exercise in the middle of the day, you should of course use your face wash again and just apply your day cream afterwards, and before bedtime, just do your evening routine. Then you wash your face three times, but it’s okay. :-) It is not a problem, if you just remember to use your day cream afterwards :-)
In relation to your Epiduo treatment, I’m not a doctor – so I would recommend you to have a good talk with your doctor about how your skin feels irritated. Skin care should never make your skin burn or sting!
– And it is the same with prescribed skin care!
However, you can easily – to answer your question – use Perfect Skin Power Treat every other day. But you can also move the product to the morning, so you only have Epiduo on your skin in the evening, plus your night cream.
