Question: “Stress and pimples”

Hi Mads

I was diagnosed with stress and at the same time I began having problems with pimples and impurities. I chose to go through a six-week course of diamond peeling to get to the bottom of the impurities, but it has not helped. Do you think that your skin care series will be able to help me, or is it impossible to correct before my stress has gone?

SIGH! I am so sad hearing that you struggle with stress – it certainly can not be fun! :-(

I hope you keep focusing on getting relaxed, getting plenty of sleep and do some exercise – this will in fact have a really good impact on your stress. But you’re probably already aware of this – and you’re probably already in a good dialogue with a doctor about how you deal with your stress :-D :-D

Speaking of stress, then you have not really done your skin any good with the diamond peeling – which you have already learned, didn’t help. Diamond Peeling is really not a treatment for acne … on the contrary, diamond peeling is a direct cause of pimples as the skin is stressed even further by the diamond peeling. So I hope you are finished with the course – and you don’t do it in the future ;-)

What I will clearly recommend to you is to get started with mild and gentle skin care products – so you can care for your skin on a daily basis. My Danish Skin Care products would certainly be a good idea – plus you get an easy and simple skincare routine that will help:

Your routine is simply this:

Morning:

And yes! The series will definitely help – even if you are plagued by stress. Whether you will be 100% fee of pimples until you have solved your stress … I cant guarantee, but you will certainly be able to experience a great improvement. And thus have one less thing to stress over :-) And it is certainly a move in the right direction :-D

Furthermore, I would just point out why stress causes pimples – this is especially because the body lacks rest … and that your blood circulation is filled with stress hormones. And that stress increases the production of male androgen’s.

So to focus on getting rid of these problems, a lot of sleep is first and foremost important for you to focus on, just as it is important to get your heart rate down – meditation can be a really good at helping you relax. Then try to start meditating 10-15 minutes daily :-D And be sure to focus on getting some good sleeping habits … And, I strongly recommend you get some exercise so you burn some stress hormones, and discharge some of the extra male androgen’s.
