Question: “This is how you get the best pre wedding skincare”
I have a funny question about pre weeding skincare. I’m getting married on Saturday, so naturally I want my skin to look even more gorgeous for my wedding. Of course I use your skin care products every day, but what about vegetables and fruits that really boost your skin?
You are usually very good at giving advice and guidance, so I am confident that you can also help me this time! Please give me you best pre wedding skincare tips! :-)
Thanks in advance.
Answer to: “This is how you get the best pre wedding skincare”
CONGRATULATIONS! I am sure it will be a romantic and amazing day! :-D
And of cause I would like to help you! I am the expert in beautiful skin, and I also got some great pre wedding skincare tips! However, my best advice for you is actually pretty simple! It is all about getting enough water and sleep. That’s the most important part of a good pre wedding skincare routine.
Of cause you need to stick to your daily skin care routine! And you already get the best skin care you can get, but to further improve your amazing glow. Just follow my pre wedding skincare tips:
- Drink 2-4 liters of water daily!
- Make sure to get enough sleep. Even though there is a lot of planning, sleep is incredibly important.
In addition, I STRONGLY recommend red pepper, cabbage and spinach. These three are super AMAZING vegetables – eat a lot of them and they will really help you get a healthy and beautiful glow.
Also, make sure to exercise a little more to improve the blood flow in your body. If possible, choose an exercise like yoga. Yoga is awesome for preparing your entire body and mind for your big wedding day.
– Sun tanning is not recommended, because your skin can become red and swollen because of UV damage.
Regarding your skin care, my absolute best advice is that you do not change anything. Many people think that they should do a mask, or they should spoil themselves with a facial treatment. It’s a HUGE mistake because this is precisely where most problems occur. Use your skin care, exactly as usual – and stick to your normal routine.
– If you want to giver yourself a little extra pampering, get a massage, it’s great! :-D
Congratulations on your wedding, I hope you have a wonderful wedding day! :)
