Many may have a belief that natural skin care is better for the skin.

The truth is simply that there are hundreds of good natural ingredients (vitamins, minerals, etc.), but there are so many annoying and disruptive natural ingredients (think on a nettle or citrus - they are 100% natural, but give allergy and irritation if you touch them).

Natural skin care is therefore does not mean that it is good for the skin as natural skin care both can cause allergies, irritation and thereby break down the skin's immune function and collagen.

Fragrant essential oils, camphor, menthol and eucalyptus are just some of the many natural ingredients that are not good for the skin.

Have a nice day!
