Ever heard of "Old lady hands"?
Tired of ugly and wrinkled hands with sun damage, age spots and pigmentation? Protect your hands with sunscreen, SPF and sunscreen
The contents of the article:
You can lift, cut and Botox almost everything on the body. Just not your hands.
If you don’t want hands that look older than you, there is only one thing to do!
Take a look at the pictures of Madonna here
It’s almost as if she borrowed another – very old – woman’s hands that doesn’t fit the rest of her body.
Now it’s not that I’m suspecting fabulous Madonna of having had a little “help” from a plastic surgeon or a shot of Botox.
– Maybe she just has a talented makeup artist *giggles*.
BUT YOU MUST AGREE it looks a little strange with those hands when her face is as smooth as a baby’s bottom!
I think Madonna forgot a little something in her beauty routine!
OUR HANDS ARE EXTREMELY EXPOSED to sun damage!
– Sure in Denmark we wear mittens at least 4 months a year (brrr), but in the remaining 8 months they are exposed to the sun all the time!
REMEMBER sun rays really don’t care if it’s cloudy or you’re sitting behind a window. They just force their way through and straight down at your poor hands.
– And then we all know what happens … Argh!
The sun’s UV-A and UV-B rays deteriorate the skin.
RESULT: WRINKLES, PIGMENT DAMAGE AND *horror* skin cancer.
AND HOW BUMMER WOULD IT BE, to have a pair of granny-hands when you have taken super good care of the skin on the rest of your body and look like a million bucks?
– But hey you might just wear gloves all year… (I actually snatched that trick from Madonna. She would know! ☺)
CAUSE THERE’S REALLY NOTHING YOU CAN DO once the damage is done!
There is nothing called a “hand lift” … Unless you want to vote for something.
Botox won’t work either. That would freeze your fingers in one position. (Of course it might be a good excuse if you don’t wanna do the dishes or if you have an assignment you don’t bother to write.)
There’s only one thing you can do: PROTECT, PROTECT PROTECT!!!
You gotta get some sunscreen on those hands! Every day, all year, and every time you’ve washed them.
If you protect your hands, just as you protect the skin in your face, you can prevent getting Mado …. Oops, I mean old lady’s hands! (Sorry Madonna)
AND IT’S REALLY NOT THAT HARD. I bet you already use lotion on your hands. Just make sure it contains sunscreen.
