New, beautiful skin with daily exfoliation

A skin care treatment everyone should use

No one wants to have dull, gray, discolored, or dry skin with blackheads, blemishes, and whiteheads (called milia).

Everyone wants a beautiful, even skin tone, and that requires a daily exfoliating routine.

Exfoliation (also called peeling) will improve the structure of the skin, so you will achieve a nice, smooth skin surface.

Having a daily exfoliation routine will give our skin a beautiful surface and shine, and blemishes and blackheads will be reduced dramatically.

Why use exfoliation?

Every second the skin sloughs dead skin cells, but because of sun damage, dry skin, oily skin, or other skin disorders, this natural sloughing is reduced, which results in a dull skin surface and the risk of clogged pores, blemishes, and whiteheads.

Think about the skin on the bottom of your feet, which in time becomes thickened, rough, and less attractive to look at. If you remove these thickened, dead skin cells, you will immediately see a much more beautiful skin surface.

Exfoliation, peel, scrub, or?

There are several methods for exfoliating, but each of them removes the superficial layer of dead skin cells.

A scrub is a skin-care product with small grains that, when massaged into the skin, loosen and remove dead skin cells.

You can imagine a scrub as being something like a mechanical tool that you move across your skin like a washcloth.

Exfoliating/peeling does not use grains, but instead uses active ingredients that loosen the skin cells chemically.

By using exfoliation instead of a scrub, you do not risk over-scrubbing the skin with the small grains. The exfoliation product is absorbed into the skin, where the active ingredients help control blackheads, blemishes, and dark spots, and stimulate the production of collagen.

AHA or BHA exfoliation

There are other amazing ingredients that can chemically exfoliate the skin. The best active ingredients with the greatest documented effect are Alpha Hydroxy Acid (Glycolic acid/Lactic acid) and Beta Hydroxy Acid (Salicylic Acid).

Choose exfoliations that contain between 6% and 8% AHA or 2% BHA.

BHA is preferable, because it has soothing properties and is good for pimples.

How to use exfoliation

Exfoliation should be done in the morning and /or at night, depending on how sensitive your skin is. If you experience scaling, you should not use exfoliation so frequently.

It is all right to use exfoliation around the eyes to reduce fine lines and possible pigmentation changes, but it should not be used on the eye lid.

Apply the exfoliation product when the skin has been cleansed, but before you apply your moisturizer.

Remove blackheads, blemishes, and whiteheads

The greatest cause for blemishes and blackheads growing bigger on your face is that the pores are clogged with dead skin cells.

When this happens, the natural oil in your skin cannot run off the skin surface in the normal way, which causes blemishes and blackheads.

Assisting with the natural rejection of the dead skin cells by exfoliating every day can reduce the occurrence of blemishes and blackheads dramatically.

Exfoliation helps fight pigmentation

Dark spots on your skin are caused by certain skin cells over-producing skin pigmentation.

If you use an effective exfoliation product every day, your dark spots will be reduced dramatically.

Daily exfoliation results in beautiful skin

Your daily skin-care routine should help your skin, but should also be simple. This is why daily exfoliation should be introduced.

Instead of using a scrub or an exfoliating mask a couple of times a week, you can improve the structure of your skin by using an effective exfoliating product every day.

You do not need to be afraid that a daily exfoliating routine will be too much for your skin when you use the product as advised.
