Benzoyl peroxide cream with 5% benzoyl peroxide or benzoyl peroxide cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide

That you use Benzoyl Peroxide cream is really nice. However, I would strongly recommend you to stay at 5%, as research has shown that 5% kill acne bacteria as much as 10%, it's just a lot less annoying and irritation for your skin.

Your outbreaks on your cheeks and temples will hopefully be improved if you use the correct skincare, which you should if you follow the steps in the Danish Acne Cure.
