Blackheads and solar eczema

Thank you so much for your email and for turning to me for help. I would love to try and guide you – I can certainly relate to your frustration of having acne and skin disorders on a personal level.

Regarding your blackheads and the products you use, I would recommend you to look at the list of ingredients as the first thing. Do they list words like perfume, parfum, etc.? Then they but go in the trash bin. What is the product colour like? Is it pink, blue, yellow – then dyes have been added and they should go in the trash bin.

Then in regards to your blackheads, I would recommend you to take a closer look at “Perfect Skin Power Treat” – it is a daily peeling that will have a dramatic effect on your blackheads. But you must have a little patience, because it will take daily treatments with Perfect Skin Power Treat for about 3 months before you can see a result.

Following that you should make sure to cleanse your face with a mild cleansing product (for example Perfect Skin Face Wash) both in the morning and evening - and then apply a crème filled with vitamins and minerals that are good for the skin. Which leads me to you next question: the fluid-filled blemishes you mention are most likely solar eczema. Therefore, you should make sure to protect your skin with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (UVA/UVB filter) 365 days a year – and besides that go in the shade when the sun is out.
