NO! Perfect Skin Face Wash is your daily facial cleanser - not a scrub. You don’t actually need to use any products that contain abrasive grains, as it scratches and damages your skin.
Yes! This product is extremely gentle for your skin, so there’s no reason why you cannot wash your face three times daily, instead of twice. Actually, you should make sure to wash your face with Perfect Skin Face Wash again, after you work out - so that you can get rid of sweat and impurities on the skin.

Use this product by first rinsing your face with lukewarm water. Dispense a little Perfect Skin Face Wash in your palm, and massage throughout your face.
