We have chosen to market our products ourselves to ensure that you get the best service and to keep our prices low. There are no middlemen, retailers or distributors who also make money. And because of that, you won’t find Danish Skin Care in stores.
Danish Skin Care products are only sold online via our own webshop.
We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
You can also pay with MobilePay or pay later with Viabill.
Unfortunately, the email may have been blocked by your spam filter. We cannot guarantee that this doesn’t happen, and we are not notified if it does.
Check your spam folder before you contact us for another confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not in your spam folder, the error may be due to an incorrectly entered email on your order. Please contact our customer service at our email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +45 30 116 116, and provide us with your name, address and email – then we will make sure to correct your email on the order and re-send your confirmation email.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GTM+1) are usually shipped the same day.
Europa: 1 – 10 weekdays.
USA and rest of the world: 6 – 14 weekdays.
Orders above $155 have free shipping.
Additional orders are charged a shipping fee of $19.

We put a lot of effort into making sure we avoid errors in our deliveries, but unfortunately mistakes can happen in the packaging of your order.
We make use of modern technology, but there are of course still human beings involved in the work that it takes to send out your order, and of course human error can happen. If the products you have received do not match what you ordered, you should notify us immediately, so we have the opportunity to correct our mistake.

Tell us which products you are missing, and perhaps which products you have received instead, and we will find a solution. When you contact us, please provide us with your order number – this makes the process easier for us.
Of course! We ship to almost every country – just choose where you would like your products send on the “shipping” section when you check out.

Our focus is on giving you good skincare products, we always try to pack your order carefully, and we have strict controls on our products.
But mistakes happen. Of course, we apologize for any of our mistakes – and we will always do our best to straighten out errors.

We’re sorry you aren’t satisfied with our product! But that’s perfectly okay – and you’re free to return or exchange a product within 90 days. Send us an email at email@example.com – then we’ll help you exchange or return a product. c
